The death would definietly hang on the state govt. 90% of the road is unpassable and the govt cannot instruct the construction company to carry out a damage control first despite the fact that it is unlikely to finish the roadconstruction in the lifetime of this administration. Also i could recall that the governor came to LASU convocation this year with an helicopter an indication that they are aware of the situation of the road and what people go through on daily basis. If the state govt requested FGN to hand over the road to Lagos they should maintain it just like FERMA was doing before the hand over.
RIP.

Oh Lord have mercy on us. Just look at how innocent souls struggling to eke out a living were wasted on the road due to the insensitivity of our govt.  Jonathan and Fashola should be jointly held responsible for these avoidable deaths. They should be condemned by all well meaning Nigerian for not living up to their responsibilities. check out all the federal roads and all Lagos state roads and see their very deplorable conditions. Mass protest is needed.
