The question should be - is he sane?

In Nigeria, there is no Infrastructure or super structure for Old people , and Youth that is not employed yet.

This 2 classes of people depend on the family. Most who are Civil servant.

So if he his saying this, he may not be anti Nigeria, because there is no Nigeria in the first place..he his just insane. Sanity does not mean an insult..its a state of mind.

Or let me say appropriately, maybe he has terminal illness associated to the brain.[/size]
