The boy should be charge o
why the heck should he be charged? For self-defense? His father wa frigging strangling his mother, and this probably isn't the first time violence is occurring with his father. His father probably terrorizes them everyday both him and his mother. I like people who have matured in reasoning. I hardly comment but when I see good comments, I extol the effort of the writer. Well done for your good reason. If I were a lecturer, I would have given excellent markings. You smoke my mind. Children are not happy seeing their parents fighting, they could protect their favorite one which normally in their mother's favour. We men should learn how to love our wives and make them obey us. I don't think the boy would kill his father if he was strong enough to end up the fight. He is only 17. He would not also be happy finally to see his father's death.
