Oh no! I think they are made, not created. Anybody can love anybody, start a relationship with them and work to make it work. You can either try to be what you would want in a partner, or you make your partner who they are supposed to be for YOU. Thats why it's called a team. There are no 'already-mades'. There is nothing like 'true love';It's either love or it's not!

Soul mates are found bcos God has created personalities and instructed us to find."He that findeth a wife,findeth a good thing and obtaineth mercy from God" It is left for us to acquire the cosmic knowledge on how to really discover our individual soul mates. They are every where even in ur neighborhood. Discover urslf first,and move on to know what gets u compatible with another person.
