Oh no! I think they are made, not created. Anybody can love anybody, start a relationship with them and work to make it work. You can either try to be what you would want in a partner, or you make your partner who they are supposed to be for YOU. Thats why it's called a team. There are no 'already-mades'. There is nothing like 'true love';It's either love or it's not!

It is as good as asking if Youth are naturally Violent. We can say it is intertwined -

Lets conceptualize - What is a soul?

We may want to take it from different view points, but since this is not a symposium, I choose to take the biblical theory as a way of conceptualization -
Genesis 2 -7 describes who we really are - a soul, the image of God.
Going by that conceptualization - Souls are created by the most supreme intelligence. Hence the creation of a soul mate can be nullified.
2 Souls are created from a realm - designed for them to seek - for them themselves in this mundane world - in other to fulfill one of the core reasons why we are here on earth - procreation.

For anyone to be truly matched with a soul mate is divine - and the price to be paid is "seeking" - seeking may include a continuous effort of Petition and Meditation to the creator of the soul. One common prayer - "Let me meet the bone of my bone and flesh of my flesh - oh God".

So to try to create soul mate with human intelligence or creating a magic - may just be an illusion..

If ur not compatible,not could make you create it. Soul mates are found bcos God has created personalities and instructed us to find."He that findeth a wife,findeth a good thing and obtaineth mercy from God" It is left for us to acquire the cosmic knowledge on how to really discover our individual soul mates. They are every where even in ur neighborhood. Discover urslf first,and move on to know what gets u compatible with another person.
