Does it mean that they don't have a maintenance team that can prevent this ugly disaster before it's occur, in this period of time?

whole nigeria international  airport, no air condition, just fan yet they are making lots of millions,
airport is looking like kitchen, no security,
shame on you that call themselves a leaders,political hawks
