13 Dead As Petrol Tanker & Commercial Bus Collide And Burst Into Flames In Oyo

13 people are feared dead after a petrol tanker rammed into a commercial bus at Odo Oba in Ogbomoso, Oyo State earlier today.

Although details of the crash are still hazy, the tanker and bus are reported to have caught fire immediately.

It was not clear where they were heading to when the crash occurred.

The National Emergency Management Agency has confirmed the crash, saying three people survived the collision, but did not say whether they were in the tanker or the bus.

All these petrol tankers are just killing lives. Something needs to be done about this. Esp. Making sure of who they're hiring to drive these tankers. Majority of the time it's all because of Reckless driving (Petrol tanker "rammed" into commercial bus. Are these drivers drunk or something? Reckless Driving is what's causing a lot of these catastrophes on the roads and fire incidents. There's been a lot of current Petrol tanker fire incidents that blew up burning down houses and killing families inside it posted on NP not too long ago. Rest in peace to the dead.
