PHOTOS: Man With The Largest Scrutum Rrefuses Surgerry

A Las Vegas man with a rare condition (scrotal lymphedema) which makes his scrotum grow big, has bluntly refused to undergo surgery that could relieve himof his heavy scrotum.

Wesley Warren Jr’s scrotum has grown up to 458kg (100 pounds), through the years.
Reports state that he refused the offer to undergo treatment that would cost millions of dollars, because he has to give up his rights to the story.

Warren was offered help by a famous Dr Oz, of the Dr Oz show and a regular on the Oprah Winfrey show, Oz reportedly offered to pay for his treatment in the best medical hospital on conditions that his show will keep the rights to tell the story.


But he hasn’t gotten back to Oz because he states that Howard Stern wants him on the show again.

Warren told the Las Vegas Review-Journal in October about the pain and humiliation of carrying the deformed genitals. He said he suffered from deep bouts of depression and health complications.

He wears special pants that cover his giant scrotum when he goes out in the public and his penis is buried deep in a way that he pees on himself.

Warren rubbishes the claims that he won't get surgery because he doesn't want to lose the fame he's garnered because of his rare condition , which is caused by an excess of watery fluid collecting around his testicles.

"Who would want to live like this?" he said. "I just don't want to die during the operation."

The surgery is complicated and it carries the risk, amongothers, that his penis and testicles could have to be completely removed if surgeons can't stop the bleeding, there’s a possibility that he can die during the surgery.
