The prosecutors were incapable of convincing the judge that Pastorius is a flight risk. He therefore granted him bail to come to court from home. He did not set him free. This man is not a potential killer .HE IS a killer. (he confessed). The issue is, was it an accident or not. If it is an accident, he can still be charged with manslaughter, if it is intentional he will be charged with first degree or premeditated murder. If they set him free completely and he gets acquitted THEN you can scream injustice from the top of the mountain. Untill then, calm down. There is no injustice in due process of law.
