South African Blade runner Oscar Pistorious has been granted bail by Magistrate court in south Africa. He is facing murder charge over the valentine's day shooting of his girlfriend at his house.



Magistrate Desmond Nair concludes he has made a strong enough case, citing Pistorious detailed account in his version of events. The prosecution failed to establish any of the factors that would have led Nair refusing bail.

Shouts of "yes" from pistorious family and friends were heard as the magistrate made his ruling.

It is now looking more likely the blade runner will walk free from murder.

This legless creature is suppose to be behind  bars. He murdered his girl friend. How can an intruder enter the house and locked him/her self in the bedroom instead of going for what brought him in the house? He never cared to check her girlfriend first. This is gonna be another OJ Simpson case.

with ur news always in my ears at reception,i just hate it.The state needs to put their fact together.Did he kill his woman ,offcourse we all know he did,premeditated ?,hell no but this guy is the only one who knows what happened that day.This is another example of violence against woman,when are we going to learn.A man can replace a woman when they dam want while not replace them when things are getting violent and still be alife.Nobody will kill me and i will not kill anyone.

what phyuking mistake,he claimed he took then gun under the bed yet he didnt notice she was nt on the bed.
He shot 4 times meaning he shot to kill & self defence which we all know is protecting urself wen u know u are been attacked,yet he shot without seeing any1,after an autopsy was carried out on her it was realised that her bladder was empty meaning she either was 2ru easing herself or she wasnt pressed,then after the first shot she would ave screamed or fell to the floor meaning subsequent shots shouldnt ave met her.
