The OP was about the United States and claims that it apparently invaded many countries (though it didn't). But let's have a look at the OP's list and refer to history.

OK, no argument there. Brirain, France, Germany, Holland, Portugal, and Spain simply followed Caesar's dictum of veni, vidi, vici.
(2) FUND & SUPPORT LOCAL REBELS OR TERRORISTS CALLING THEM FREEDOM FIGHTERS,
Historically not quite true; what they might do was to get locals on side who wanted to see the local rulers destroyed (replacing one set of oppressors with another)
(3) USE THEIR CONTROL U.N TO SANCTION THE COUNTRY AND DESTROY THEIR ECONOMY
No United Nations before the 1940s, so this one has to go.
(4) USE THEIR POWERFUL PROPAGANDA MACHINE MAINSTREAM MEDIA,CNN BBC e.t.c SPOIL THE COUNTRY IMAGE REPUTATION
"Mainstream Media" didn't exist before the 20th century. Back then it was more likely to be the Bible that was used to justify conquest; or some idea of "Manifest Destiny".
(6) THEN INVADE THE INNOCENT COUNTRY CALLING IT LIBERATION, WITH FOOLS CELEBRATING VICTORY THANKING U.S
The United States didn't colonise anywhere in Africa - I thought I'd point that out.
(7) INSTALL PUPPET GOVERNMENT THEY CAN CONTROL EASILY,INSTALL PRIVATELY OWNED BANK,STEAL ALL THE COUNTRY RESOURCES CALLING IT INVESTMENT AND RECONSTRUCTION.
Back in the day no-one bothered with "INVESTMENT AND RECONSTRUCTION" - they just took.
So the OP was strictly modern-day.

{2} Historically, evidently, factually and quite true…. As always crisis within the locals created by the outsiders.. That’s what you call “Divide and Rule”. A leader that is not pro-west is usually eliminated or even murdered not just in Africa but across the globe. I.e. Patrice Lumuba of Congo, who was viciously murdered, can’t get over it. The humiliation of Laurent Gbagbo currently in custody of the colonial masters (ICC). France and others played the usual role to get rid of him.
We can not forget Angola where major political groups “UNITA” supported by U.S.A. and “MPLA” backed by the Soviet block were fighting for the control of Angola…. I am trying to illustrate that Soviet was also equally engaged in Africa …..now talking about East and West imperialists.
By the way ICC A.K.A. International Criminal Court which I call “International Colonial Court. United States, Israel, Sudan and few others are not signatories to ICC and yet US can lead the hunt to prosecute Africans in that Kangaroo court.

Interestingly UN was established in 1945…what about the roles of United Nations since 1945? …this is an institution set up to exploit the so called “third world” and it worked. I call this organisation (Useless Nations) I am not trying to put down member nations but the fact is it has not done anything great except for some emergency donations to war-torn areas created by the so called imperialists (West & East) and droughts. Let’s not forget the role of UN in the invasion of Iraq.
The IMF (International Monetary Fraud) and World Bank (World Bandit) created by UN controlled by the Western World. These two organisations have done so much havoc to the less developed countries. At one point Nigerian currency was at par with US now it is 165 to $1.00...how nice? Capitalism was born out of Imperialism.
{4} Are you saying the bible approved the exploitation of others? ….and you may be right… Yes bible was used no doubt and Christianity played a huge role in the enslavement of Africans. I would also say Arabs did likewise before Europeans and Americans and in this case Islam played a leading role but not as big as that of Christianity….I meant the level of trade was lower.
Let me sum it up….. Capitalism prospered under Slavery and racism grew out of Christianity.
{5} United States colonised Liberia…. It is not even debatable.
{6} Modern-day or non-modern-day Africa was deliberately plundered or pillaged by these outsiders.
{7} Good question…. I am against anything imperialism be it Western, Eastern, Northern, Sothern or otherwise. Imperialism is evil. Let me also say that we cannot blame it all on Imperialists… …we Africans also have to share part of the blame. We have the responsibility to do for ourselves what is good for us rather than to rely on foreigners… I will not fault the political leadership only but will blame all meaning the populace. If we put our house in order we won’t be crying foul …the bad odour is in our backyard.
Lastly it is always good for a third party to mediate or try to resolve or reconcile both sides than to support one side in the name of humanity and peace…….In my opinion.Now how many times did any African country or countries invade any country in the Western world or even take sides in domestic affairs of any of these Western countries? I am just wondering how it would been or felt had it been a reversed situation.
