uncommon News! FIFA 2010..Can Africa Take it?

Everyone knows that The Queen of England takes no shit neither
does she wants any breach against her interest in any deal.

 A reliable source recommended that she is the only one
who can convince Mr Sepp Blatter The FIFA President to permit some kind
of  "roborebe"  for an African  country to win the up comming
 world event tagged; MTN  FIFA world cup 2010.


 
But there would be need to pay the sum of GBP500Billion
( Five Hundred Billion Great Britian Pounds) before getting
the Queen of England involved in this underground deal it.
The question now is: Can africa pay the bill or can the committee
cross their heart on any of contending African Team?

Guess What! None of the african Football national institution wants to participate in the deal
because after the payment is made, there wont be money in the system anymore. LOL!

The CAF (confederation of African Football) president Mr Issa Ayatou said:
" it is better for African Football teams to play the world cup
 at their best because there is no money in th system to bribe anybody!!"
                         This is what I call the "Back off strategy"

Assuming the mega box is being paid to the Queen, can african countries
 live up to standard of winning the 2010 World cup?
 Its outrageous though.
