HELP! I Was Drunk and Slept With My Brother In-Law By Mistake, What Should I Do? (Page 3)

There is nothing you can do about that exept make sure it never happens again and make sure there were no permanent consequences as a result. I'm toying with the idea of you letting your husband know about it but that would have serious trust consequences on your marriage in the future. I hope no one else besides you and your brother-in-law know about this! This is because if anyone else does they would use it as a blackmail instrument against you.
