Prosperity Pastors .treating Jesus like a lottery ticket,”they’re only proof that Satan comes as an angel of light.”.It’s called self-ism, the fastest growing religion / They just dress it up and call it Christian,” is really sad how Nigerians like to justify the extravagant lifestyle of pastors. I am a christian and believe 100% in the course of Christianity, . I also think its due to this opulent lifestyle that even breeds more corruption as our politicians steal money to come and give them which they collect without admonishing. Church is now competition and business. In the past, we knew missionaries to be philanthropic, and missionary schools to provide free education, but today, the schools of these churches are the most expensive, making it difficult for even their poor congregation to afford.  In a country where many people live below the poverty line, They do not give anything back to the society despite all that is given to them. Church is now serious business. may God help us Christians to live a Godly life in Jesus Name

Wats wrong wit a private jet? Abi na sin 2 own one? Why must u condemn a man of God just because he acquired a means of transportation to help him effectively manage 160 churches in DIFFERENT countries. If na business man wey buy d private jet nw una 4 applaud am. Do u feel that the message of prosperity in the Bible only applies to the congregation and not the pastors themselves? POVERTY is not HUMILITY.

Me I dnt believe in dis daddy. Private jet is too expensive. Give dat money to pple dat dnt have, u would have touch a lot of lives than flying around.d private jet can not land on remote villages dat need evangelisation.

Please ask him again. He didn't even answer cuz he and many others don't know most Nigerian pastors are dubious & unholy. There are many qualifications to be crowned a “true” man of God". You have to  have 1. LOVE – KINDNESS, CARE, CONCERN SYMPATHY, EMPATHY, COMPASSION When people speak of you as a man of God, the words like: kindness, care, concern, sympathy, etc…, should be used to describe your Character. 2. COOPERATION, SUPPORT, HELPER, TEAMWORKER men who put cooperation before competition, and are a helper/ supporter of their congregation. Helping those in need. But in Nigeria the profits we Nigerians call man of God will rather compete in who buys the most private jets among their peers & including the polithiefcians than to show concern, support & be a helper for their poor church members. Naija polithifcians and profits are all the same. Its too bad for those people who are so dumb as to pay for jets when they themselves have nothing.
Romans 2:21&22 says, 21. you, then, who teach others, do you not teach yourself? You who preach against stealing, do you steal? 22. You who say that people should not commit adultery, do you commit adultery? You who abhor idols, do you rob temples? Simply, how can you have respect for someone who says one thing and does another? Most of Naija pastors are guilty of most of these rules. There are many other qualifications of being a man of God. And Most Naija pastors don’t pass them either.
