Chelsea’s Europa League Win Is Just A Reward For Failure – Wenger

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger, says Chelsea’s triumph in the Europa League is a “reward for failure”.

 
The Gunners London rivals, defeated Benfica 2-1 in the finals played at the Amsterdam ArenA, but the Frenchman was not impressed and called for UEFA to stop clubs from dropping into the Europa League from the Champions League.
When he was asked if Chelsea winning the trophy made him jealous, he replied: “No, no. You just wonder once again, you have two teams who are basically in the final who were in the Champions League.

“We raised that question many times at UEFA.

“Is it right to reward teams basically for failure? Their target at the start of the season was the Champions League, not to win the Europa League.

“The teams who go through to the last 16 of the Champions League don’t have a chance afterwards.

“If I had won the Europa League like Chelsea, I’d have been happy as well.

Wenger is a failure him sef, he wld hv lose on d 19th so dat can make him hv a chance to go to d europa lugea and see if he cld win it like a successor

look at this shameless man, 8 good season no trophy yet you have the mouth to say nonsense, you need to see arsenal celebrating yesterday they finished in 4th position as if they won champions league, sagna even dey pour themselve water

It's my first time commenting here.. Damn...! This man is a F O O L.. One thing I like though is how he answered the question.. They asked if he was jealous and instead of saying YES I AM.. He answers indirectly and his answer is PURE JEALOUSY.. Seriously, the Arsenal fans and management should be send this guy packing.. "A man who lacks vision" always talking bad about the progress of others while he's been a failure all along.....! (I'm not a Chelsea fan) but happy they got something to show for their season..

he is realy right,that means if some clubs in the chanpions league finds out that the clubs in champions are too strong and may be too difficult for them to win the champions league then they will purposely loose their match so that they can go to the eufa before its too late.
