Look man, I was in same situation in 2007. the Bible made it clear "it is better to live in the wilderness than with a quarrelsome woman.
Not just for your job but for how long will she continue to be fighting at every provocation if she won't think twice before embarrassing or causing some disgrace to you then she shouldn't be there at all. Only if you are birds of same feather.....
