My sister, it beats my imagination how other poor countries that discovered oil after Nigeria have become developed and Nigeria is decaying.

True, but their leaders are also corrupt. The difference is that they have the sense to develop the land and uplift their people out of poverty whilst at the same time  stashing their pockets. This way the people have no need to complain because they are seeing what their government is doing for the country and its people.
