This Arab Kingdom used to be a desert but have managed their oil wealth to build a world-class city which they are flaunting with such wealth and ostentation. True, but their leaders are also corrupt. The difference is that they have the sense to develop the land and uplift their people out of poverty whilst at the same time stashing their pockets. But don't 4get that mostly only people from third world are being paid terrible wages while the white people are paid far higher than what they could ever dream of in their home countries.
