In public enterprises, public limited estabs. or even banks; their are stipulated conditions of service, which spells out disciplinary measures and procedures 4 termination, severance etc.
So a slap, amounts 2 beating up a staff..., just as responding 2 a slap can b adjudged 2 b in self defence.
