Igbos, Ijaw, efik and other eastern tribes. 2,The West for Yoruba, Benin, and other western tribes. 3,The North for Hausa, Fulani. kanuri and other nothern tribes. 4, A border fence will be build to divide the new countries 1, After the vote. Everyone must return home to their new country.. Igbos will leave lagos. Yorubas and Hausa must leave Biafra. 2, If you own property or business you must sell it or be settled by the goverment. 3, Each new country must set up massive lands and some cash settlement for the new people returning home. 4, create a whole new town for them. in 20 years it will slowly grow like Abuja. 5, Igbos and other Easterners must return and develope Biafra. 6, Yorubas and Hausas must leave Biafra. back to their land.
