this is what our country has become...leaders blaming incompetence on the will of God....its god's fault that we are importing planes that are 25 to 30yrs old into nigeria...planes that have been rejected by other airlines in other countries...The aviation authorities look the other way for a token some of money at the expence of people's life...I just found out from digging around that the average age of a plane flying locally inside nigeria is 20yrs old...........kabo airline is the biggest culprits............their planes average 25 to 30 yrs............My advise to nigerains is to travel by road............the last plane that crashed in nigera was dana airlines..that plane was sold to dana airlines by alaska airline after it failed airworthiness test in the united states..The united states avaiation authority refused to certify it to fly in their country..And it appeared in lagos because as long as u can bribe goverment officials its okay..what a sad state in nigeria...the crazy part of this drama was that it involves a former avaition minister..ms stella oduah should think outside herself and think about her family members , relatives and other nigerians who might in the future become casualties of preventable crashes....SHE MUST DO THE RIGHT THING.
