Expected  that the standards will be raised in such good university hospitals so that the money the  ""big  guys used to take themselves overseas can be  well spent at home to improve the standards even more so at the end of the day we can be proud of taking care of ourselves .  We apparently have the skills and the manpower.  NO point going to die at the hand of some Indian or Arabian doctor who is in no way as a good as our seasoned doctors and surgeons here at home
