before you start shouting foul, think about this.

1- when was the last time PHCN delivered power in your neighbourhood?
2- why does your child/ward/younger one  not attend a public school?
3- why did you consult a doctor in a private hospital the last time you were ill?
4- why do you pay neighbourhood security rates when there are police officers?
5- do you have pipe borne water in your neighbourhood?

an impassioned answer to these and many more questions will tell you if nigeria is a failed state or not.

I totally agree with the rating. in fact i rated Nigeria a failed state this afternoon. I wasnt even aware that there had been a rating. Basically we have no government and no security as far as am concerned. A country where money is the only thing that moves people and not technology! Haba!
