In every country even in your village, some phones dont even need netwk to dial emergency numbers especially 911

I actually saw his call log. It's 911, and others have actually including Naijaaddict above have called the number to confirm. I just didnt want to dial myself make dem no charge me for frivolous calling of emergency number.

Angesco: Why not 911. There's nothing wrong using an emergency number that another country is using. It is even better because the Americans have done a very good job of popularising that number worldwide. Anybody can easily remember it, which is usually the very first thing about emergency numbers. It must be well known, so known that in times of crisis when you forget everything else, you remember that one.
