Nigerian Actors Fighting Over Pa Kasumu’s Treatment Money

Some Nollywood stars under the umbrella of ANTP (Association of Nigerian Theatre Arts Practitioners) are currently fighting over a whopping N600,000 donation made by a business tycoon in Ogun State.

According to Movie Moment, an anonymous business man recently donated the aforementioned sum for the treatment of ailing Yoruba actor Kayode Odumosu alias Pa Kasumu however, the donation has caused non-stop chaos among his colleagues.

The bone of contention is on the amount to be given to the actor out of the N600,000 since the money was donated under the leadership of the association.

Furthermore, a group of Nollywood practitioners that consists of production crew and veteran acts under the name of ‘committee of friends’ were said to have approached Pa Kasumu over creating a new account in which donations would be made but met a brickwall from the Odumosus.

As we speak, the total sum of N5.5m has been donated to actor Kayode Odumosu by Lagos and Ogun state government to fund his treatment.

The Odumosus have refused to comment on this controversial issue.

Na wa o see yeye people fighting over money instead of praying for his quick recovery.

May the Lord grant the ailing actor a speedy recovery.

Na Wah for ninja? Nigerians can never change i hope this coordination have a leader because no smoke with out fire because before this fight there agreement is over true because them never expect it that way because the sick one needed 600.0000 naira as a member of  Association of Nigerian Theater Arts they now demand for a donation and the money was donated by dose who have human sympathy not like the members of  Association of Nigerian Theater Arts them made over 5.5 million and the donation never stop people is still donating and out of money this man need only 600.000 and this people made almost4.9 million free money what cause the problem is there leader he will like to take the lion share and others can not accept that and you know  in every party you most get opposition i am very sorry for dose people who fight over the donation money your time is coming thief s ?

Another Nugerian organisstion thst appears to lack a constitution that guides its existence.

Some organisations have it stipulated in their constitution how much is given, for example, if a member get married or loses a spouse - so how come nithing states how much an ailing member is given?

Its not just the lesders of the country that need their heads banged together but leaders of all so called organisations that govern members!
