It has been increasingly difficult for Nigerians to get University admission in certain counties All over the world and china is one of those countries. Most Universities even write clearly on their websites "NIGERIAN CANDIDATES NOT ALLOWED" however there are some exceptions.
Here is a list of universities who accept Nigerian Students to Study in China. The information is not the official statements is based on private enquiy. The list is just for your reference. And it is possibly changable.

Southwestern University of Finance and Economics (Applicants not in China)

Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Applicants in China and with X Visa)

Jiangsu University (Excellent academic performance is necessary)
China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) (Excellent academic performance is necessary and the non-criminal Certificate from the Chinese embassy in Nigeria is required)
Zhejiang Gongshang University (Only master degree students)
Zhejiang University
Central South University
Chongqing University (Financial Support Statement is required.)
Wuhan University of Technology only for master and doctor degree students (Non-criminal Certificate and financial guarant statement from the Chinese embassy in Nigeria is required)
South China University of Technology (Non-criminal Certificate is required)
