i wonder why some men behave like animals when they see anything in skirt! i wish stiffer penalties can be given to he goats like this man so that it would serve as a detterence to others. the fact that in the past offenders are given a slap on the wrist makes others bolder to commit the same offences as they know they would easily wriggle their way out of it.
