Well i can only speak for myself. I'll get married once i've accomplished all that i want. So that i can pick whom i want and not who wants me. (in sept)

I agree with both of you. I am 26yrs and very much ready for marriage....I do have my reasons. But I would also like to accomplish alot. But I am also scared that I would miss out on someone special because I am only focused on my dreams first. I guess that's not bad b/c then I can bring something into the marriage and have something to offer within the marriage but at the same time I am 26yrs: no I'm not rushing to get married but I have been seriously thinking about it.

marriage is sacred you know. so in the first place, maturity, i mean mental, emotional, academic physical, psychological and social maturity is requisite before you begin to seriuosly entertain the thought of walking the asle with some wanna be brother or sister. age really is a number but avoid extremes-you know what i mean, like if you are below 20 (girl), give your self a break and try to discover your true self and if you are above 30, let me ask you, have you ever seen a child with down syndrome??? when it comes to marriage keep feelings aside and start using your head. love ya all!

so what if u are 26 gal.....?u don't have to rush into marriage just becoz the society wants u too....we women should achieve goals/careers in life just like how men does too y''know....enjoy life to the fullest till the right man comes by....unless u are in love with someone and have known each other for long and totally ready for marriage,then i guess its good to go....but u both should have the mutual understanding that despite the marriage,u are yet to achieve more....

hmm you sound like you the one who will wear the Tux,i hope you dont forget that fact, if there is someone proposing now Grab it. atleast a girl of 24 should be thinking of marriage,praying a better guy come your way.the earlier the better my dear,so u can fully enjoy what marriage is al abt. example, if you get married late,believe me, your hubby will look for someone younger soon.

look, u simply wasting your precious time if you want to acieve like men, enjoy like them.. When are you women gonna come to terms that the grace we men have,you women do not have it.. Ok answer this simple questions, at what age will you attain all you desire? do you think of spending a long time with your children? dont you think you growing?

Its Good you thinking of marriage now.. to me, u've started quite late.. i dont know where u girls get the idea that u cant achieve whatever u want to while married.. ofcourse you can except you get involve with an illitrate who just want to have kids.. if you meet a man who shares the same view with you, i tell you my sis, u enjoy and achieve anything u want while u are married.although its good when you want to explore but there are certain age when u have to start thinking of not you alone, but your future unborn kids........Life is all about what you make out it...

The purpose of achieving what u want before being married is so that you can give the marriage the 100% attention it needs!..Yes u can still go to school while you're married, but how are you and your husband going to spend time with one another?..you'll be too busy with school and maybe work and him doing the same..At the end of the day when everyone comes home..you're gonna be so tired to even do anything with the family. That is not the type of life i want. I want all my accomplishments now so that i can work less and still make a great living without having to do full time jobs. Then i will have time for my husband and kids to do things together..go on trips and have fun vacations. That's my personal reason i don't know about everyone else's.

You are right to some extent, but i still believe all those can be achieve while u married. its not necessary you start having babies immediately,u can take some more time. thats a mutual agreement btw the couples. its still better when you get married early.....
