Received this open letter from Nigerian Army email asking Nigerian celebrities to stop using Nigerian Military camouflage in their music videos and concerts. Read below the Open Letter To Nigerian Celebrities from Nigerian Army. “This is to inform the general public and most especially Nigerian celebrities to abstain from the use and abuse of the Nigerian Military camouflage. Several investigations were carried out and we noticed the camouflage is mostly been used by Nigerian celebrities in music videos, photo-shoots and concerts. In this same videos and photo sessions, Nigerian celebrities like “Jesse Jags” smoke m*******a while putting on the Nigerian Military camouflage. This is a shameful act and it will NOT be tolerated henceforth. Other Celebrities have also been noticed putting on the camouflage at will. They include Iyanya, Wizkid, Davido, Tekno, Chidinma etc. The military camouflage is not meant for the entertainment industry, It is strictly meant for military personnels. Henceforth, any civilian found GUILTY of putting on the camouflage irrespective of their social status will be dealt with severely”. OUR ACTIONS WILL NOT BE QUESTIONED. Best Regards, Nigeria Army. When did the Nigeria military buy the "rights" to a wear worn by the military all over thd world. I think they should be more focussed on fighting corruption carried out by those who are "officially" allowed to put on the uniform!!!!

make nigeria army go die jooor,that is why i like the western world,a civilian can put on complete camouflage and be in the same train,bus or tram with a miliary man without any problem.me i have two camouflage trousers and two camouflage short for summer,i dey wear am for street any how as i like without shaking.

School wey this people no allow pass through dem dey worry dem seriously. Dem say na "Nigerian Army comouflage" so the one wey US, UK and all other military dey wear na nigerian army get am. Better military like US and UK wey dey solve problem kia kia never complain na una dey complain------misplacement of priorities.

Unreasonable, we should be proud of our army, how else to express our pride, patriotism ?? No problem, we go wear american or Ghana military camouflage,,,, The problem is you don make anyone who wear military camouflage get free passes or undue respect
