Kissing before marriage, or kissing a person other than your wife or your husband can be a sin depending on the prompter, and the intention for doing it. We should know that bible advises us to abstain from things that can lure us to sin. If two adults of opposite sex engage in kissing, I wonder what it will trigger. Lips to lips taking abruptly can be seen as special way of greeting, but that of deep in tongue to tongue kissing can always lead to sex because it wakes the man up and wets the woman down, and so at that point the both will desire to get to the destination. I rest my case here.
