I don't agree with dis fact, especially on abacha. Remember during abacha period, there is no boko haram, petroleum products were @ a stable price, how much did he stole? Compare it to what is happening now. The stealing, boko harams, cbn governor wahala on nnpc? Presidential aircrafts, kidnaps.......let's be sincere. The govt of then and now. Although they are both bad n corrupt but one is more corrupt dan d other.
