EFFCC is a phony organization they're not living up to their moniker, especially if it has to do with the rich and powerful ,
 But this Dude who's locked up, what's his racket ?  He's still making tons of cash, even though he's behind bars.

If d inmate is not practising fraud then he has rite to collect d money since he says its his family dat are sending d money to him. D mistake d family made was dat they shld have cum to d prison barrack talk to their superior and get one person to always get d money and give to d young man. Though I kn dat d money might not all get to him but at least its legitimate.
