After the full page advert taken out by the Enugu government praising British actor, Chiwetel Ejiofor on his British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) award, one would have thought the era of such ads had ended.
That is not the case unfortunately; This full page ad was taken out to congratulate wealthy socialite, Bola Shagaya for being chosen as one of the delegates of the newly inaugurated National Conference.

If no one else will acknowledge your "achievements" - BLOW YOUR OWN TRUMPET - and get SOMEONE ELSE to SIGN IT!!!!
What's even MORE FUNNY is the INKAS ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION insignia at the bottom of the poster. The paper used in the production of this poster will be DISCARDED in huge rubbish dumps - like all waste products in Nigeria - and blight our landscape and our soil quality. It will take years for this type of paper to disintergrate..
Environmental protection. Give me a break.
