Fifa has baned chelsea frm signing both internal or local players due to thier consperacy of inducing a french player name kakuta from breaking his contract with his former club which he did and now they are dancing to the rydm of thier song..........The player n d club are facing santions,d club are fine to pay 130,000 ERU n while d player is to pay d sum of 780,000 ERU ........................Now hw are de going 2 face d tough premeir champion and clubs without any new signing till 2011..................My pity is jst 4 d poor 18 year old player!! dat is banned for 4 months of no playimg football.
