I can and will bet my life on it,this is one of american's tactic and they should go about it right.Mentioning the Nigerian police as the authority to call and in charge is wrong because the citizens lost confidence and trust in the police decades ago.Using the Nigeria army would have been a better fronting.Nobody in today's Nigeria will help the police there to solve a crime,you offering help will eventually become the criminal.
