If the one is your lover, and you knwo her well, so it is safe to have sex with her. If she is only someone you know from a club, or you just want one night stand, comdom is always a must.

 Man 4get that skin crap. not saying i have neva done without condoms, but i'm telling you, neva trust even your GF becos women get alot goin on in their mind especially if you dey nack the girl well well. she's going to tell you she's onn birth control and you the MUMU go beleive her. After 2 weeks she go tell you say she dey preg ( something that's she had planned for). but man, always rap it up. protect yyourself from unexpected happenings.
