I've been getting these images all day. Supposedly this is what the new Akanu Ibiam International Airport in Enugu state looked like this morning after it rained. Is this for real, for real?. Continue..
yes it could happen. the contracrtor and the architect are to be held accountable. if u contract them for 100 naira, they will construct the one 1 naira for self interest

Don't blame the contractor because before the money get to the contractor they have already shared half of it. So the contractor work with only money given by the Oga's not the government.

That is the hand work of una aunty stella oduah what she built was air and seaport not international airport then the rest of the money went into her oil and gas company @ lekki
