An english philosopher(John Staurt Mill) once says that an individual liberty should not be legitimately infringed-whether by government, society or individuals, unless in cases where the individual's action would cause harm to others. l believe that constitution is made to protect and check-mate the excesses in the exercise of this liberty. but in this country(naija), masses are being restricted of their freedom without the constitution or the legislators doing anything. is our constitution still functional?, do we still need it? or look for another altrenative. what do we do?

You are still there. Nigeria constitution is a written constitution yet very easy to amend so why bothering yourself?
