Whats unlawful about fishing in "authorised waters?" Or is the article supposed to read "unauthorised waters?"
And how the hell are they expected to meet their bail conditions? 10 million naira? The EFCC are having a laugh!
Its no different from Nigeria officials seizing one pair of shoes from an incoming passengers luggage at one of our airports because it's NEW. And it being NEW means it will be SOLD thus putting into jeopardy the WHOLE NIGERIA ECONOMY!
However those who IMPORT illegal goods into Nigeria BUT are FRIENDLY with those NIGERIANS IN UNIFORM are never arrested or charged or have their goods seized!

If these men can afford 10million what would they be doing in the water, would the EFCC even arrest them in the first place if these men are worth the 10m, efcc should be charged for neglegence of duty for not arresting the criminals in govt only to be intimidating poor innocent men who are looking for means of livelihood.
