I really don't know why the Nigerian government is turning this thing into a circus. If it was some no named person whose building collapsed and killed people would then set up a panel like this to investigate for so long?
Moreover, I don't see why they need to call anyone to face any panel. This is pure science and easy to investigate.
First request the drawings, specifications and all related documents.
Then carry out tests to ascertain the concrete ratio and strength (one good example is a crush test).
Already the reinforcement is there for everyone to see for size and quality.
After comparing what is on ground with what is in the books, they can start to question "who gave the order" (with proof)
After all this comes the punishment phase (which should be based on what the law says)
