Forbes has released its latest rankings of the most powerful people in the world.
Russian president Vladimir Putin retained his title of the world’s powerful person, keeping US president Barack Obama in second place.
Chinese leader Xi Jinping was third on the list, with Pope Francis and German chancellor Angela Merkel rounding out the top 5.
Nigerian billionaire Aliko Dangote was ranked 68th, and was the 2nd African on the list behind Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi who was ranked 51st.

legally Yes and illegally No !!!!!!!!!!!!. When most Politicians in Nigeria declare their Assets, Believe me Dangote won't see the 10th Position as the richest person in Nigeria.
Of course we know, that is where all Northern politicians hide their money, even some western politicians it's not secret instead it's is who will bell the cat. better since he invested most of it in Nigeria . what can we say .
