I cried after watching this video. You might too after watching it. Remember the Staten Island man who died on the street after a cop put him in an illegal chokehold? In the footage that surfaced of the incident, the man, Eric Garner, pleaded with cops to leave him alone multiple times before one cop grabbed him by the neck and pulled him down to the ground. While he was in the chokehold, Eric said at least 8 times, “I can’t breathe” before going silent. He was later pronounced dead.
Just like Darren Wilson, the officer responsible for Eric Garner’s death will not be charged for his murder.
Despite the father of six’s death being captured on a cell phone camera, a Staten Island grand jury of 23 decided not to indict Officer Pantaleo because they didn’t think placing Eric in an illegal chokehold was done with criminal intent. That conclusion was reached after Pantaleo testified to the grand jury for two hours last month about his state of mind during the incident. It is believed the charges Pantaleo was facing included second degree manslaughter and reckless endangerment.
Esaw Garner, Eric’s widow, reacted to the shocking news with anger and disbelief.
She told the New York Daily News:
Oh my God, are you serious? I’m very disappointed. You can see in the video that he (the cop) was dead wrong!
Though Eric suffered asthma, the medical examiner did find that the illegal chokehold contributed to his death.

It's terrible. They were no doubt stereotypying every black man as "big, black and dangerous!"
We are FREE nowhere. Police brutality at HOME and ABROAD.
The police officer should be charged for murder. I do not see Eric RESISTING arrest.
Someone really has to ask God when they get up there - what we have done in our past that leaves us open to such HATRED! Because I am becoming disillusioned!

"NYPD"! He stop and bring out his wallet to show them his ID but they still went ahead to and shot him 41times. The police officers were never trial or prosecuted. RIP to all the black that were killed in america as a result of racism. Diallo! Diallo!!!
