Nametalktrash, from ur stats, number of criminals does not tally with percentage of criminals. How can there be 832 nigerian criminal and 304 algerian criminals, yet d percentage of algerian criminals is still higher than nigerian criminals. For ur village, percentage and number dey quarrel? They may be criminals alright but I believe, there is  still the goodness in them. I feel that when they are caught, a deeper look into what led them to doing whatever it is should be priority at that point and get them the necessary assistance--I think this might reduce the numbers.
