A 60-year-old man, Walter Johnson had been arrested and charged with three counts of segxwal abuse after he allegedly impregnated a 12-year old girl after several segxwal intercourse with her.
On Wednesday, December 31, 2014 the man from Florida had reportedly abandoned the girl from Jacksonville in a medical laboratory and fled after tests revealed that she was pregnant for him.

60-year-old Walter Johnson allegedly impregnated a 12-year-old girl after he had multiple segxwal encounters with her in Florida.

Johnson, from Florida, however refuted the claims that he had sex with the girl let alone impregnating her.
He further claimed that he had schizophrenia and bipolar disorder and had not taken his drugs in a while.
According to WJAX-TV, an unidentified relative of the victim disclosed that the family had known Johnson for over 40 years and that he even lived with the 12-year-old in his house sometime between 2011 and 2012.The relative said, “You never know who you have in your household.Another relative added, “He was a good guy… But there is hidden secrets.”If it’s a child out there that’s listening, if anybody touches, please don’t be afraid to tell, tell somebody, tell somebody,”  said yet another family member.After counseling the victim, the family had decided that she would have the baby as they would take care of it when it finally arrives.

“She’s nothing but 12 years old, she’s just a baby herself, it’s really hard,” a relative said.”We going to love the baby, yeah… cause we a loving family.”

Meanwhile, Johnson is in custody at the Duval County Jail with a bond set at $1.5 million.
Confirming the incident, a spokesperson for the Florida Department of Children and Families where the child is being counseled said investigation was ongoing.
