Dont worry about it, the Professor will still grant you permission for his swearing in and you can still visit him in Aso Rock to congratulate him and apologise. He will respond with a smile and still call you his friend and brother.But i thought you preach on families sticking together ,not what you have just done. You are out of order and should have silenced your opinion not becoming so popular for the wrong reasons.
