When kidnappers tried to take over Imo state our governor didn't wait for the intervention of the federal government
Now Imo state is free from the wickedness of kidnappers.

THIS IS A CHARADE TO SAY THE LEAST. WHERE IS ABIA STATE? THAT STATE SHOULD OCCUPY THE #1 SLOT IF THIS RESEARCH WAS ACTUALLY CARRIED OUT. ABIA STATE EPITOMIZES CORRUPTION AT AN UNIMAGINABLE SCALE.
