Can the President direct an individual or organisation to go to a bank and collect money just like that, not even National Sports Commission? How much did the President, as the MD of NEXIM approve for him to collect from the Bank?

The truth is that Nigerians are very smart when it comes to money bribery. You cannot beat Nigerians when it come to taking financial inducement. Its 98%possible that the executives of the bank may have  demanded bribe from the boxer. Until you have something to do with civil service in Nigeria, you will never know that the country is bad.
