Bros..you are right..but Buhari was General Officer Commanding, 3rd Armed Division Nigerian Army, October 1981 – December 1983..before he became the Head of state!! 31st December 1983..

A BIG LIE of the century. Buhari planned the coup with Babangid and the rest without Bali. He later informed Bali and the office he wanted had already been given to IBB. Buhari annoyance was about the withdrawal of the troop from chad. This is a known fact.
