Does distance matter in a relationship?

I met this girl online,she is in Lagos and i'm in Portharcourt.We've had voice conversation and seen pics of each other.I feel smth special for her,right in my heart am convinced.I want to ask her for a relationship but the question of distance arises within me and she may feel that way too.What do i do,do i forget it or go ahead to ask her?Pals i need ur help...

What is the noise for, both of u live in Nigeria which will not take u more than 5 or 6 hrs to see her in lagos..., otherwise u can still can visit each other monthly

It depends on your commitment,but you will have to part with some pay to make it work.Except if you guys wont be visiting often which might likely kill the relationship.
