please my friend can u define more of what u mean by individual responsibility.i know that god will not come down to do the job for us.however HE gives us the inspiration to workout our goals. as a country,without the fear of god or u can call him allah, we can do notting. god inspires love in our hearts.we have to love nigeria first before we can talk of taking her responsibilities.with love in view our leaders will know that they ought to be working for the country and not for themselves.how to you get responsible in a country were some individuals have made up their minds that electricity will never work.am not saying it is not possible but it takes the grace of God.i think it starts with us here my friend,let us reason together.this is the only country we have and it is the best ever.
