A Federal High Court in Lagos yesterday okayed the re-list of a suit seeking the prosecution of National Leader of All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu and others over the gruesome murder of late Funsho Williams, Daily Independent reports.
Williams, a former governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Lagos State was murdered at his residence in Lagos in June 2006.
Trial judge, Justice Rita Ofili-Ajumogobia had earlier struck out the suit which was filed by a former detainee in the Williams’ murder, Bashir Junaid for want of diligent prosecution. But on Monday, the judge granted an application to re-list the suit.
The motion to re-list the suit was filed by the applicant’s lawyer, Tunji Adesheye.
Other defendants affected by the court’s order included former IGP, Sunday Ehindero; Attorney General of the Federation and the PDP.
The matter has been adjourned till September 29.

Double wahala for dead body.......its possible he did out of desperation to control Lagos state, but is gonna download on him soon if he find guilty of the murder. i am not accusing you Mr Tunubu but law will find the culprit soon.

How can? They are saints, they are not capable anything evil. It is only Igbo's that are capable of evil. How can a yoruba man be accused of murder, drug trafficking like Tinubu abd Kassamu were accused previously, even ritual killing or arme robbery or fraud like the central bank thieves.There must be something wrong maybe they changed their names from Igbo names to yoruba names-----------WE SHALL INVESTIGATE.
