Been a footballer is not a reason to abstain from sex, it doesnt even affect players, if u do have sex normal dude, sincerely speaking, Sex atimes does help footballers mostly after pre season, u will be so heavy that ur body will need to have sex, even a good trainer will tell u atimes to go meet ur gf, by doing so atimes will even make u feel lighter after the heavy loading during camping and too much trainings, or do u think footballers dont have wives and kids ? and still perform in top active games. if u doubt this, i can reveal to u by given u examples. so no excuses. Sex is not bad in humans, we all need it, but do not have it excess or form a habit for that..
